This course deals with handling daily stress, understanding what inhibits us in speaking up and being heard. It offers tools and skills for relaxation, communication and listening, introducing yourself and others, thinking on your feet. Preparing a presentation for the group, handling Q&A’s. Everything is discussed and practised in a relaxed, friendly environment with constructive feedback and ideas to implement in all areas of your life.

Delivery Style

This weekly class will enable you to discover your hidden potential, creative writing skills and gain confidence by practicing communication one on one, gradually building to address a larger group. You will experience a range of interaction in a fun, safe, relaxed environment allowing you to blossom without pressure or judgment.

Outcomes

This course will encourage and show you how to build a stronger relationship with yourself and others along with providing ongoing tools to continue the process of building confidence and the ability to assert yourself in all areas of your life.

The Campus has two entrances, one on Nerang Street which takes you into the building on the ground floor and one on Scarborough Street where you are entering on the second floor.
