Leadership is often confused with management, although it’s quite different and distinct from management. One thing leadership does have in common with management is that it can be learned – leaders are made not born. Through this program, the knowledge and skills required to become a successful, 21st Century-style leader are made accessible to everyone.

Delivery Style
The course is presented in three, 2.5-hour learning sessions. Each session involves group discussion, Q & A and group exercises. Colourful data projection is used in all learning sessions and participants receive handouts (fact sheets) to keep as a resource.
