This course deals with handling daily stress, understanding what inhibits us in speaking up and being heard. It offers tools and skills for relaxation, communication and listening, introducing yourself and others, thinking on your feet. Preparing a presentation for the group, handling Q&A’s. Everything is discussed and practised in a relaxed, friendly environment with constructive feedback and ideas to implement in all areas of your life.
