The Art of Songwriting

There are no absolute rules or formula’s for songwriting, for every rule there is a song that broke the rule and succeeded, but there certainly are songwriting techniques that will help to bring out the best songwriter possible in you. ‘The Art of Songwriting’ will offer new approaches to songwriting, an understanding of the creative process and techniques to make your lyrics work. You will analyse popular songs, why they’re successful and look into the ‘business’ side of the music business.
