This Photoshop CS4 advanced course gives you a sound understanding on how to manipulate layers and images to an advanced stage of design. A basic, sound knowledge of computers is essential.

Entry Requirements

This course requires that you have completed the Photoshop CS4 introductory course OR have a sound basic knowledge of Photoshop CS4.

Student Instructions

Student to bring a pen and paper. You can also bring images from a digital camera, CD/DVD or USB drive. A Memory stick/USB flash drive for saving your work and taking your files home.

Topics

• Using repairing, painting and restoring tools.
• Pens, Paths, Shapes and Vectors.
• Constructing layer effects using blending modes, layer effects/styles and filters.
• Using masks.
• Automate functions using the actions palette.
