Lightbulb Short Courses cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances. Refunds will not be given unless cancellation is received two full working days prior to the commencement of the course,
in which instance an administration fee will be incurred. Course fees are fully refundable only if the course is cancelled by Lightbulb Community Education. Please refer to the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE Refund Policy available on our website for updates that may have occurred after printing.
